The sashes were beautiful however the nightmare that I had to go through to get them it’s another thing, they did overnight it after speaking to different reps and managers because they didn’t send them on time - an order placed on July 5th never got to us because after I placed the irder they didn’t have the items - never told me - no emails no phone calls nothing - I called several times and they promised to send them for my event on the 31 and nothing - when I called on Wednesday to check 3 days before the even and they told me that they didn’t have them - I had to rent them from a local party rental for $80- the company refunded me only for the order and not for the rental that because of them I had to do - if they would have told me earlier I would have been able to purchase them from Amazon at a much cheaper price

I was super excited to get these. When I opened the box they were nicely packaged, however when I started to open them to steam out the wrinkles I found a few that were defected and even some that had black stains. I was super disappointed. Also, they were lighter than expected. I purchased blush/rose gold napkins and the sashes were much lighter.
