United StatesIt was good for what I need it for.
The arch is a simple metal arch. I needed it for a wedding . The decor was simple. Not sure how much weight it would hold. It should have stakes to put in to ground. The bottom part will have to be put in the ground so this shortens the height in the description by at least 12 inches. Have not put in the ground yet wedding is in 2 days. It not for long term use. Get for decorating. The price is great.
